| 内容記述 | 本研究は、卒業生の身につけている能力及び施設での重要度、本学の教育活動、これまでの採用理由について卒業生の就職先から評価を得ることを目的とするものである。本学科卒業生が就職した秋田県内の介護福祉施設185施設の施設長を対象に質問紙調査を実施し、83施設(44.9%)から回答が得られ以下のことが明らかとなった。1.本学の卒業生の8割以上が正規職員として雇用されている。そして、それらの人材ニーズは8割近い施設において満足しているとの回答が得られた。2.卒業生の能力水準においては7割以上の施設が高いと感じていた。しかし、個人でのばらつきや能力水準を低いと感じている施設が3割近くあった。3.本学卒業生は3割弱の施設において、施設での研究に参加していた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We surveyed by questionnaire to the heads of institution in Akita who employ our graduate students. We surveyed our graduates' abilities, the importance for a particular institution, our educational activities, our support for students' job hunting, and reason for employing. 83 needs of institutions responded to our survey. The following results were obtained. 1. More than 80% of our graduates found full employment. More than 80% of graduates' employers were satisfied with their ability. 2. More than 70% of their employers think that their ability level is high. But about 30% of employers think that their ability level is rather low or there is dispersion in their ability level. 3.Less than 30% of the graduates were participating in research activities at their employed institutions. | |||||
