| 内容記述 | QOLの向上をめざしたケアは看護の基本である。今回、ディサービスセンターでディサービスを受けている在宅高齢者の日頃の楽しみ、気持ち、センターでの満足感をPGCモラールスケール・フェイススケールを用いて調査した結果、以下のことが明らかになった。1.在宅での日頃の楽しみは、テレビ・新聞読みなど、動きの少ない一人で可能な内容であった。また基本的な日常生活行動の食事も楽しみにしていた。2.フェイススケールを使用した結果、在宅ではおおかた明るい気持ちで過ごしており、センターでサービスを受けると多くの方が明るい方へ変化した。3.PGC総得点および因子「老化に伴う態度」が年齢と有意差があり(p<.05)、年齢が高くなるほど点数が低かった。4.センターでの満足感は「利用者との交流」が68%であり、更に満足感を高める工夫が必要であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Care aiming to improve QOL is the basis of nursing care. The survey in use ofPGC Morale Scale/Face Scale clarified the following fact in relation to daily pleasure, feelings and satifactions of the stay-at-home elderly at the center who are receiving day services at the day service center. 1.Their daily pleasures at home include watching T.V. and reading newspaper that they can perform by themselves in less movement. They also enjoyed eating that is one of the basic daily activities. 2. When I used Face Scale, it is known that most of them are living in a high spirit at home, and many of them turned to the brighter lives after receiving services at the center. 3. The total points of PGC and a factor, "Attitude assosiated with age" had a significant difference in age (p <.O5), and the older the the elderly was the lower the point was shown. 4. "Exchange with the users" accounted for 68% in their satisfaction rate at the center, which suggested that we have to make further efforts to improve their feeling of satisfaction. | |||||
