| 内容記述 | 目的：赤十字の理念を基盤とした学士課程における保健師基礎教育を受けた卒業生が教育の成果をどう保健活動に活かしているかを明らかにする。 方法：研究参加に同意を得た卒業生6名に対しフォーカス・グループ・インタビュー法を行い得たデータについて質的記述的分析を行った。 結果：【看護基礎教育により培われた能力・思考】は〈対象に寄り添い信頼関係を築く力〉、【赤十字教育により培われた能力・思考】は〈敵味方なく寄り添う公平・中立の精神〉、【保健師基礎教育により培われた能力・専門的思考】は〈他校より充実した地区診断演習による地域特性理解力〉、【卒後に身についた能力、専門的思考】は、〈保健師としての立ち位置を意識しつつ多職種との連携力は働きながら向上させる〉が挙がった。 結論：赤十字教育では行政保健師が公務員としての職責を果たすうえで重要な基盤が培われていた。一方で、多職種連携、住民との協働をする能力の育成については今後の検討が必要である。 |

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to determine how graduates the undergraduate public health nurse education program based on the Red Cross philosophy utilize their education in their nursing practice. Methods: A qualitative descriptive analysis was conducted on the responses obtained through focus group interviews with six graduates who consented to participate in the study. Results: The most common response for the category 'abilities and thoughts cultivated through basic nursing education' was "the ability to build relationships of trust patients." For the category 'abilities and thoughts cultivated through Red Cross Education', the most common response was the ability to develop "the spirit of fairness and neutrality to approach people whether firiend or foe". For the category 'abilities and thoughts cultivated through basic public health nurse education', a common response was "the ability understand regional characteristics through district diagnosis exercises, which are more extensive than at other schools.Regarding 'abilities and professional thinking acquird after graduation' the following was mentioned "being conscious of my position as a public health nurse, I would like to the develop the ability to collaborate with other proffesionals while woking." Conclusion: The Red Cross educaion provided an essential foundation for administrative publc health nurses to fulfill their responsibilities as public servants. However development of the ability to collaborate with other professionals and residents needs to be examined in the future. |
