| 内容記述 | 本研究は,特別養護老人ホーム介護専門職のストレス要因となる事柄の体験頻度を分析し,ストレスの状況と程度を明らかにするとともに,ストレスへの対応のあり方について検討した。その結果,ストレス要因の体験頻度は,「介護的仕事」「事務的仕事」で多く,「家族に関すること」「職場内の人間関係」では少ないことが明らかにされた。このことから,業務内容の改善や職場環境の整備などの対応策を講じる必要性があること,および介護職員が抱えている悩みや不安などを職場内・外で相談が円滑にされるような受け皿づくりが必要であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This research aims to clarify the frequency and degree of stress experienced by care working in special nursing homes for the elderly and provide some suggestions for dealing with the stress experienced by these workers by analyzing the stress experience itself. The frequency of stress experienced by staff can be seen in two areas : in work which involves physical care giving and in work which involves paperwork but stress is not evident connected with family and in activities involving human interactions within the work environment. It can be said that people experience stress in the work itself but not in the human interactions undertaken at work. This research has revealed that it is important to suggest improvements to the job description and the infrastructure of the work environment immediately. We also need toconsult with workers who are experiencing anxiety or worries in and out the work place. | |||||
