| 内容記述 | 本研究は2歳未満の多胎児を育てる母親を対象としたアンケート調査の結果である。1.多胎児を育てる母親の育児協力者は,実母,実父が中心で,身内に集中していた。2.母親は育児の際に,複数の子どもの欲求を同時的に満たそうと対応するが,十分に対応できないことから子どもへの関わり方について困惑している。このことから,看護者は多退治を育てる母親に対し,育児協力者の必要性と子どもへの関わり方について助言,指導する必要があることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A questionnaire was administered to mothers who have had multiple births whose children are less than two. The questionnaire revealed that : 1. The mother's parents are the major help in raising these children followed by other relatives. 2. Most mothers are very perplexed about the raising of their children but feel a need to meet the needs of each of her children simultaneously. As a result of this research we suggest that mothers raising more than one child at a time need additional support. This involves assistance and advice both to the mother and to those who would provide support. | |||||
