| 内容記述 | 本学介護福祉学科卒業生に対して,卒業後の勤務状況,専門職としての認識,仕事への満足感,将来への展望などについてアンケート調査を実施した。その結果介護福祉士職についた大部分の者が,介護の仕事に専門的な知識や技術は必要であり,誇りを持って取り組める仕事であると考えていた。また,高齢者のよりよい生活のために役立っており,介護福祉士の資格は,職場でも重視されていると答えた者が約7割みられた。「仕事は楽しい」と答えた者が多かった一方で,「他の職種に比べて社会的評価が低い」「いき詰まりを感じている」などの回答もあった。収入に関しては,現在の給与額に満足している者と満足していない者の数に殆ど差はみられない。勤務条件別で見ても,正職員の中,満足・不満足の差はほぼ同数である。本調査により,調査対象者の多くが,職場の人間関係に深刻な悩みをもっていることがわかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | An attitude survey of graduates of the Care and Welfare Department of this college was conducted. Questions included ; the work situation after gradation, professional recognition, attitudes to their occupation, a self rating of skill levels and future expectation of the graduates. Most participants noted a need for professional knowledge and techniques in order to perform their roles and engage in patient care. The participants believe that they can have pride in their work and career. 70% of participants stated that care and welfare work is essential to enable older people to enjoy their lives. A qualification in care and welfare is essential and is held in high regard by those with whom the graduates work. The survey identified that income was not a predictor of work satisfaction. This study has therefore shown that the majority of participants have strong concerns about human relationships in the workplace. | |||||
