| 内容記述 | 現在では,高齢者と音楽との関わりについて,研究,実践などが報告されているが,本稿では,これらの研究成果を踏まえながら,特別養護老人ホームにおける音楽活動のプログラム,指導者の資格,あるいは課題等について明らかにしていった。具体的には,音楽活動を実践している特別養護老人ホーム4施設を選定し,セッションへの参加,見学,職員へのインタビューなどを実施し,さらには事例報告から,このねらいを達成していった。結果として,指導者は,音楽療法士,療育音楽療法士の資格者をもっており,月1～2回の頻度で実践されている。プログラムは,合唱,合唱などのように多岐にわたり,楽器,プログラム内容,リズムなどは,高齢者が参加しやすいような工夫がみられるなどの示唆を得ることができた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | There are a lot of researches about the relation between the aged and music. This paper clarified the present of the music activity in a special nursing home while referring to the research before. Specifically, four special nursing home were chosen. And, interview to the staff, the visit, and participation to practice was done. The following result has been understood. The leader has music therapist and music rehabilitation qualifications. It is going over the program variably like a chorus and concert. A musical instrument, the contents of a program, the rhythm were understood that the device in which old people tend to participate is seen. | |||||
