| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は,母性看護学実習における今後の課題を明らかにすることにあった。その結果を要約すると以下の通りである。学生は,学習目標から自己目標を明確にすることで自己に応じた学習内容に具体化できる。事前学習の準備ができている学生は対象に応じた看護を通して「看護」について理解を深め,自己目標への達成度が高い(75%を占める)。自己学習が不足していたと認識していた学生は目標が不明確であり,看護実践に対して積極的に行動できず達成感が低い(22.5%)。また,学習内容においては,「分娩見学」の体験が母性各期(妊娠,分娩,産褥期)の特徴的変化に対応させ,看護実践に対する満足度を高め,さらに向上目標へ発展させている。教員が指導者の指導は,学生の自己目標と指導者側の期待度が一致するように,その場面に対応できる実際的指導が達成感を高め,学生の学習意欲につながっている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The object of this study was to make clear a problem awaiting solution in the future, on the clinical practice or maternity nursing .The results are summarized to the following; Students can make their own objective clear by reducing objectives of the training into concrete subjects suitable for themselves. Students who could prepare in advance for the training understood "nursing" through nursing practices, suited to each objective with a degree of achievement of their own objectives of 75%. Students who recognized that they practiced insufficienthy, did not make their objectives clear nor could tyey perform active nursing practices, thus had a lower degree of achievement(22.5%) .Regarding subjects to lesrn, experience of observing delivery was very significant and yielded high degrees of satisfaction in terms of nursing practice during various maternal periods(i.e., the pregnancy, delivery and lying-in periods), which helped the strdents set objectives to improve themselves for their own future. Regarding guidance by teachers and leaders, practical guidence flexibly responding to individual situations, which allowed students' own objectives ot meet teachers' expectations, resulted in higher degrees of achievement and encouraged the students' will to learn. | |||||
