| 内容記述 | 本研究は、本学1期生から7期生までの卒業生を対象に、卒業時点での能力や態度の習得状況の満足と卒業後大切なこととして残っていることについての調査を行った。163名の回答が得られ、調査の結果より以下のことが明らかになった。1.在学中の能力や態度の習得状況に対する満足度は、「看護過程の一連の能力」と「専門職業人としての姿勢・態度」が高く、「論理的思考力や研究を展開する能力」が低かった。能力や態度の習得状況に対する満足に影響を及ぼした事項では、「臨地実習」が最も多く、次いで「講義」「カンファレンス」「教員」で、臨地実習での経験や教員との関係性の中で能力や態度が習得されていた。2.現在大切なこととして残っていることの調査では、「専門的知識・技術の大切さ」が最も高く「赤十字の理念」が最も低かった。以上の結果から、今後、論理的思考力や研究を展開する能力に対する満足度がより高まるような教育方法の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This study was conducted to attempt an evaluation for nursing education at the Japanese Red Cross Junior College of Akita. Data was collected from 163 graduated students in the nursing department. 1. The result shows most students were satisfied in acquiring a professional attitude and clinical competence through the three year course. Nursing practice, lectures, group discussions and the faculty had an effect on the acquisition of competence and attitude. 2. However, they do not have a clear understanding of the Red Cross philosophy, logical thinking and nursing study. In is necessary therefare to investigate more effective teaching methods in order to elevate students' competence more satisfactorily. | |||||
