| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、短大学生が職業につく前のレディネスを把握するために、発達上の特性と現在の自己評価の関係を調べることである。3つのカテゴリー(家庭・学校・社会の生活)と自己評価の質問を149人の看護短大生に行った。その結果、自己評価において肯定の回答をした31人は中学校、高等学校の先生の話をよく聴いていた、重要な決定に際しては親の意見を尊重したことが明確になった。また、否定の回答をした13人の回答者はそうでなかったことを示した。上記の13人は現在、他人に共感を感じる余裕がないことも示した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between developmental characteristics, selfesteem, and to observe the readiness of junior college students before engaging in the profession. Pertinent demographic questions of three categories (home, school, social life) and self-esteem were given to 149 nursing junior college students. The results indicated that 31 of the participants who answered in the affirmative for self-esteem had been listening to their teachers attentively in their junior and senior high school years and also respected their parents' opinion in making a critical decision. 13 of the participants who answered in the negative did not show the same characteristics. It did however show that these 13 participants did feel sympathy towards others. | |||||
