| 内容記述 | 本報告の目的は、視聴覚教材を用いた退院支援に関する教育実践の実際を報告し、学生の学びを基に教育実践の評価をすることである。 教育実践は、老年看護学実習Ⅱを履修したA大学３年次生41名を対象に行った。実習病院と連携し、事例の入院から退院までの退院支援の過程を示す視聴覚教材を作成した。視聴覚教材は、事例の入院１週間以内と１週間以降の２回に分けて視聴し、個人ワークとグループワークを行った。その後、実習病院の看護師が同席し、グループワークの発表及び意見交換会を行った。 学生が発表会直後に記載した実習記録の内容を分類整理した。その結果、退院支援に関する学び２つと退院支援における看護師の役割に関する学び５つ、退院支援で看護師の役割を果たすために必要な知識・技術に関する学び１つに整理できた。 学生は、退院支援のしくみや看護の役割について理解できており、本教育実践の学習目標は達成できていた。また、実際の退院支援部門での実習の学びと類似しており、見学実習に相当する学びを得られる方法であると評価した。 リアルな退院支援の場面をイメージするため、病院と連携し視聴覚教材を作成したことや退院支援に関わる看護 師との意見交換会を設けたことが効果的であったと考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | This study assesses and describes the current status of audiovisual-based education on discharge support, as determined from the learning outcomes reported by students. Forty-one third-year students at University A who had completed a Geriatric Nursing Training II course were included in the educational practice. We prepared audiovisual materials to demonstrate, in collaboration with a teaching hospital, the process of supporting patients from admission to discharge focusing on discharge support. The students watched the audiovisual materials twice—within and after 1 week following patient hospitalization—and then performed individual and group work. The results of the group work were then presented in the presence of nurses from the teaching hospital, and the participants exchanged views. We categorized and sorted the training records submitted by the students immediately after the presentation meeting. The results were as follows: 1) two items learned regarding discharge support; 2) five items learned regarding the role of nurses in supporting discharge; and 3) one item learned regarding the knowledge and skills required to fulfill the nursing role in supporting patient discharge. The students seemed to fully understand the discharge support system and the role of nursing, indicating that the learning goals of the educational practice had been achieved. In addition, the learning outcomes that they reported were similar to those obtained from the field observation training provided by the department supporting discharge. Therefore, we concluded that this practice was a beneficial addition to the practicum to achieve the learning outcomes. |
