| 内容記述 | 要旨：看護基礎教育のキャリア教育におけるキャリアデザインプロジェクト学習の効果について明らかにした。本学3年次105名に対して、Webによるアンケート調査を実施した結果、回答数は93（回収率89.4%）、有効回答数も93（回収率89.4%）であった。 プロジェクト学習で「身につく力」（鈴木, 2012）について調査した結果、肯定的回答割合が最も高かった項目は、「２．目標を設定する力」であった。また、「強くそう思う」と答えた割合のみでは、「９．次へのモチベーション」が他の項目に比べ極めて高かった。自由記載結果からは、【キャリアビジョンの具体化】、【次のステージへのモチベーション】が抽出され、オンラインホワイトボードを使用してみての自由記載結果では【チーム全体で成果物を作成することの効果】、【効果的な機能】、【新たな発想への転換】、【表現力のスキルアップ】、【他者からの学び】、【今後の活用への期待】、【ツールの使いにくさ】、【オンライン上のデメリット】の10分類が抽出された。 2021年度から開始した本学のキャリア教育では、目指すキャリア像について、明確な「ビジョン」と「ゴール」を設定し、具体化したキャリアビジョンを提案集として制作できていた。今後、看護職全体が目指す生涯学習における自律的なキャリア形成の基盤として、看護基礎教育の段階から、キャリアをデザインするというスキルの獲得につながったと言える。 |

| 内容記述 | This study examined the effectiveness of a career design project learning in basic nursing education. A web-based questionnaire was conducted with 105 third-year college students, resulting in 93 responses (89.4% response rate) with 93 valid responses (89.4% valid response rate). The questionnaire measured student skill acquisition through project-based learning based on the 'abilities acquired' (Suzuki, 2012) framework. Among the surveyed skills, "2. the ability to set goals" received the highest percentage of "strongly agree" responses. Furthermore, among respondents who answered "strongly agree," motivation for the next stage" was extremely high compared to the other items. From the open-ended questions responses, the following were extracted: "concretization of career vision" and "motivation for the next stage." Responses on the use of online whiteboards showed that "effectiveness of creating deliverables with the whole team," "effective functionality," "conversion to new ideas," "improvement of expression skills," "learning from others," "expectations for future use," "difficulty in using the tool," and "online disadvantages" were the most common. In the college's career education, which began in 2021, through creating a clear 'vision,' setting goals, and developing a concrete vision for their desired careers, basic nursing students acquired the lifelong skills needed for autonomous career development in lifelong learning, which is a goal of the nursing profession. |
