| 内容記述 | 日本赤十字秋田短期大学(以下,本学とする)看護学科1期生80人に対し,本学および看護学科を選択した理由について質問紙調査を入学時に行った。本学は新設校であり学生のニーズを把握しにくいため,入学動機を知ることが効果的な教育につながる第一歩と考えたためである。調査内容は,本学の受験理由,看護学科選択理由であり,有効回答者数80人の自由記述は内容分析した後,集計した。その結果,以下の結論が得られた。1)本学の受験理由及び,学科選択理由の記載件数は,1人あたり1,2件と少なかった。2)本学の受験理由は「赤十字」であること,「新設校」であること,「職業志向」の順に多かった。3)学科選択の理由は「看護婦の職業的意義」を重視したものが最も多く,次いで「過去の体験」からが多かった。4)本学の受験理由に「赤十字」とあげた人に学科選択に「社会的貢献」をあげた人の割合が多かった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Because Japanese Red Cross College of Akita has been newly-established, it is somewhat difficult to understand the motives to apply this College. Therefore, we have attempted to grasp the reason why they had chosen this College and Department, which might provide us a better nursing educational basis. Fill-in-blank questionnaire asking the motive of enrollment was given to each first enrollee of the Department Nursing. Eighty effective replies were obtained and following facts were made certain : 1) Each student pointed out only a few reasons for choosing this College and Department. 2) Factors which affected the choice of this College were, in decreasing order, "to be founded by Red Cross", "to have been newly-established", and "profession oriented". 3) The best reason which made them determine nursing as specialty was "significance of nursing profession", "out of personal experience" was the second. 4) Ratio of answering "social contribution" was high among the students who pointed out "to be founded by Red Cross"as a reason to apply this College. | |||||
