| 内容記述 | 本研究は,秋田市の公立保育所10ヵ所の保母62名と子どもの保護者394名を対象に保育所における健康管理や看護職導入についての意識調査である。保母は健康管理上の問題としてあげているのは,子どもが発熱したり他の症状が出た時どのように対処したらよいか困ったり,判断に自信がない等であった。保護者は子どもが発熱等,その他の病気で子育てと仕事との葛藤状態にあることがわかった。保育所における看護職の導入は,保母90%,保護者60%が希望しており,病児の一時保育さらに専門的に判断,指導できる人を望んでいた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We investigated health management and employment of nursing staff at nursery school from 62 teachers and 394 parents in the ten public nursery schools in Akita city. The problems from the teachers were how to judge and treat of children's symptoms such as fever or other complaints. The parents had complications for sick children and their works during growing up their children. 90% of the teachers and 60% of parents hoped nursing staff in the nursery school to judge and care of sick children or planning health management. | |||||
