| 内容記述 | 本稿は,ケアハウス入居過程を3段階にわけ,利用者本人がどのようにかかわっていったのか,検討,考察していくことを目的としている。目的達成のために,あるケアハウスの入居者12名を対象として,面接調査を行った。その結果,入居過程には,在宅生活の不安・困難状況があり,次に,ケアハウス入居に際し,情報とのかかわりがみられた。そして,最終的に入居決断をし,入居となっている。在宅生活の不安困難は,家族関係,家事,孤独,将来不安,年齢,病気,住宅事情からもたらされている。情報とかかわり方については,ケアハウスの認知によってわけられ,その態度・対応は,主体的,受動的なかかわりがみられた。そして,入居決定は,本人の主体的決定,家族(夫)の決定によるが,心境は,やむを得ない,納得,驚きにわけられた。このような点が,調査結果から示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is carrying out the entrance process of a care house. The entrance process of aCare house is divided into three stages, and the factor for every stage is examined. For this purpose achievement, interview investigation was performed for 12 tenants of a certain Care house. Consequently, the first stage was the difficulty of a home life, Next, it was the stage of information gathering for entrance of a care house. And finally, a aged determines moving in and has entered. Such a point was suggested from the investigation result. | |||||
