| 内容記述 | 介護福祉士養成教育における「実習指導」の科目は,実習のオリエンテーションから実習終了後の理論と実践の統合をはかるという様々な要素を含む。今回,介護福祉実習III終了後の授業を「実習における介護実践を振り返り,介護観を深める。個別介護の問題解決における思考過程を学ぶ。理論と実践の統合をはかる。」ことを目標とし,担当ケースのグループ討議,事例発表,全体討議を行い,その学びから「自己のケースレポートをまとめる」という授業内容とした。この一連の学習過程より,自己の介護実践を客観視すること,多様なケースの個別性に即した介護の原理原則を引き出し,また個々の現象を原理原則に帰納するという授業展開の一つとして有効であることが示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The subject "training guidance" in care worker training education includes the various element that measures the integration of the theory and practice, and also the orientation of the training. This time, we had the classes with objects thinking about view of care looking back for training, thinking process in the problem solution of an individual care, and integration of the theory and practice. And we made the classes contents completing the case report of self the after do the group discussion, presentation of case report, the whole discussion of the charge case as that after care welfare training stage III. Drawing the principle of the care that conformed it to the individual nature of a various case, to watch the care practice of self the object from, this series of study process and do it was suggested that it was effective as one of the lesson development that induces an individual phenomenon to the principle. | |||||
