| 内容記述 | 「看護の対象論」の授業方法の一環として,患者の闘病における心理や生活を理解する方法として,がんや難病,障害者の手記を読むという課題学習を試みた。学生は,患者・障害者の苦闘に感動しながらも,講義で学習した障害受容過程やターミナル期の心理を理解できている。学生の興味関心があり,読みやすく,患者の心理変化ができるだけ明快に書かれた手記を選択し提示する必要があることが示唆された。 | |||||
