| 内容記述 | 要旨：認知症高齢者が住み慣れた地域で安心して暮らすことのできるまちづくりには、地域住民が「SOSネットワーク」の流れや地域の社会資源について把握することが肝要である。そして、そのために作成されるものに「認知症地域資源マップ」がある。「認知症地域資源マップ」は都道府県単位や、市区町村、地域包括支援センターが管轄する「圏域」を対象に作成されるなどさまざまな形がある。地域が広ければ掲載する情報量も多く、冊子になる場合も少なくない。そのため、自分の住んでいる地区情報を知るためには「検索」が必要となる。そこで、牛島地区地域包括支援センター南寿園では、「認知症地域資源マップ」を「圏域」ではなく「地区」単位で作成し、一覧表 (B3サイズ) にした。 なお、要望のあった牛島地区を対象に住民に質問紙調査を実施して、住民のニーズを反映させた。 Abstract: To build a community where elderly with dementia can comfortably live in places they have lived for a long time, it is essential for locals to understand the flow of “SOS networks” as well as local social resources. One of the items that have been designed to achieve this is “the dementia social resource map.” The “dementia social resource map” takes multiple forms, with some forms created by a prefectural government, some created by a municipal government, and others by a regional comprehensive support center that controls a “zone.” The wider the area that the map covers, the more information there is on the map and in many cases, it becomes a leaflet. To know the local information in which one lives, a “search” is required. Thus, in the zone controlled by the regional comprehensive support center in Ushijima District, a “dementia local resource map” was developed not just for the zone, but rather for “each district.” It was distributed to each household as a B3 size wall hanging which helps residents to understand social resources in their district at a glance. A questionnaire was administered to residents in Ushijima District upon their request and reflected their needs for the map. |
