| 内容記述 | 要旨：本研究の目的は、修士課程で助産師教育をうけた助産師の職業的アイデンティティに何が影響をし、形成されているのかを明らかにすることである。 対象：大学院修士課程で助産師教育を受け、研究の趣旨に同意した臨床経験１年以上の助産師７名である。 研究方法：研究デザインは質的帰納的研究であり、半構造化面接法を実施した。インタビューガイドを作成し、修士課程で助産師教育を受け就職してから仕事上で職業的アイデンティティを高めた経験、低下させた経験を自由に語ってもらった。分析方法は、スーパーバイズを受けながら表現された言語内容を質的帰納的に分析した。 結果：対象者の助産業務経験年数は１年６か月～５年５か月、看護業務経験年数は１年６か月～10年だった。分析の結果、420コード、23サブカテゴリー、５カテゴリーを抽出した。修士課程を修了した助産師の職業的アイデンティティは【モチベーション】【専門職の在り様の追求】【助産師のジレンマ】【マネジメント】【大学院教育の重要性】の影響をうけ助産ケアの実践の質、チームの質、看護研究の取り組みに影響を与えていた。 Abstract: The objective of this study was to identity factors that affect development of the professional identity of midwives trained in master’s degree programs. Subjects: The subjects were 7 midwives with at least 1 year of clinical experience who received midwife training in a master’s degree program at university A and consented to participate in the study. Methods: The study employed a qualitative inductive design, and semi-structured interviews were conducted. An interview guide was prepared, and the subjects were asked to freely describe experiences they had, after undergoing midwife training in the master’s degree program and starting work, that strengthened or weakened their professional identity. A qualitative inductive analysis of the verbal content expressed under supervision was performed. Results: The subjects had from 1 year 6 months to 5 years 5 months of midwifery experience and from 1 year 6 months to 10 years of nursing experience. Based on the analysis, 417 codes, 23 subcategories, and 5 categories were extracted. The professional identity of midwives who had completed a master’s degree program was affected by “motivation,” “the pursuit of professional status,” “midwifery dilemmas,” “management,” and “the importance of postgraduate training.” Professional identity affected the quality of midwife care, team quality, and the approach to nursing research. |
