| 内容記述 | 本研究は、機能障害を来たした患者の退院支援における、病棟看護師の家族への関わり上の工夫や課題について、質的帰納的研究から明らかにすることである。研究対象者10名から語られた内容を"関わりが良好にいったと感じた家族"の家族への関わりと"関わりが難しいと感じた家族"で対比させ、共通性と相違性を比較した。その結果、関わりが良好にいったと感じた家族"では、【家族の気持ちを支える】【家族の認識を高める】【自宅で必要な援助技術を指導する】【家族の理解度にあわせて指導する】【在宅でサポートする医療者との関係づくりを促す】【家族と協働して取り組む】という6カテゴリーが見出された。"関わりが難しいと感じた家族"では、【家族の気持ちを支える】【家族の認識を高める】【自宅で必要な援助技術を指導する】【家族と医療者の距離を近づける】【チーム医療の効果を発揮する】【準備状態にあわせて介入を見極める】【指導のポイントをしぼる】7カテゴリーが見出された。看護師には、家族が介護を担う状態が続いていくという長期的な視野で捉え、家族の負担を軽減できるような関わりをもつことが必要だと考えられた。また、看護師が家族の状況に合わせた関わりの工夫を評価していくことが、次の援助に活かされるだけでなく、看護への自信にもつながると考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Characteristics of how nurses in a general ward, support to family are qualitatively andempirically clarified in this study, in regards to the discharge support for patients who experiencefunctional disorder. Comments by 10 study subjects were contrasted in terms of perception on two diverse family functions: a "family with whom they felt interaction went well" and a "family with whom they felt it difficult to interact with". Commonalities and differences were compared. As a result, six categories were discovered on how to offer support "a family whom a nurse felt the interaction went well with": 【support for the feelings of the family】,【raise recognition of the family】,【guide necessary support skills at home】,【guide in accordance with the understanding of the family】, 【encourage and build up the relationship with the medical staff to support at home】,【tackle problems to aid in cooperation with the family members】. Seven categories were discovered on how to offer support to "a family whom a nurse felt difficult to interact with",【 support the feelings of the family】,【raise recognition of the family members】,【 guide the necessary support skills at home】,【 contract the distance felt between the in medical staff and the family】, 【exert the effects of the team's medical treatment】, 【determine intervention in accordance with readiness】,【 extract a point of guidance】. I thought it was necessary for a nurse to understand the family who continues to take care of the patient, with a long-term view, and to have a good working relationship that could reduce the burden on such a family. In addition, evaluating the ingenuity of involvement in accordance with the situation of such a family by nurse will not only be utilized for the next step, but also give them confidence in their nursing skills. | |||||
