| 内容記述 | 採血という処置は、看護師にとっては日常的に行なわれている場面であるが、子どもにとっては、予期せぬ恐怖であり、痛みを伴う処置であるために子どもの心理的混乱は大きい。そこで、小児の採血場面におけるプリパレーションに関する文献において、「親の認識」、「子どもへのプリパレーション実施の評価」、「看護師の認識」の3つの視点から子どもの採血場面を分析した。子どもが主体的に採血に向かうためには看護師の子どもの能力に対する正確な理解に基づいたプリパレーション技術、採血時の子どもの抑制に関する技術、親の採血場面における参加のあり方、採血後の子どものがんばりを認める看護師の誠実な関わりが重要である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Although blood drawing is routine work for nurses, it represents an un foreseeable fear for children, causing major psychological confusion because of the pain involved. With this in mind, we reviewed the literature on mental preparation for children in blood drawing settings, and analyzed such scenes from three viewpoints: recognition by parents, evaluation of the effect of mental preparation for children, and recognition by nurses. Key factors that allow the subject child to be positive in blood drawing settings were identified: the nurse must be skilled in mental preparation based upon accurate understanding of the child's ability, the nurse must also be skilled in child control during blood drawing, the parent must behave well in blood drawing settings, and the nurse must sincerely approve the child's endurance after completion of the blood drawing. | |||||
