　近年、認知症高齢者の徘徊による行方不明が多発している。これに対し牛島地域包括支援センター南寿園では警察署と協働し、地域の協力事業所（者）を対象に「認知症高齢者みまもり模擬訓練」を行った。この模擬訓練は義務化されていないこともあり、開催している地域は少ない。また、マニュアルがないため、地域包括支援センターと管轄警察署が協議しプログラムを作成して行っている状況にあった。
　今後、圏域内の地域住民も参加して「認知症高齢者みまもり模擬訓練」を開催することも想定されることから、先行研究や参加した地域の協力事業所（者）のアンケート結果を参考に、マニュアル作成の一助となり得るハンドブック「認知症みまもりサポートブック」を作成し、「認知症高齢者みまもり模擬訓練」の標準化を図ることを試みた。

Abstract：
Recently, many older adults with dementia have been reported missing due to wandering. Therefore,the Ushijima Community Comprehensive Support Center, Nanjuen , collaborated with local police and conducteda “Monitoring Training for Dementia Watch of the Elderly” for local cooperating businesses and residents. However, such training sessions were conducted in few areas, partly owing to their non-compulsory nature. Additionally, due to the lack of a standardized manual, the Community Comprehensive Support Center and local police consulted to create different Dementia Watch programs in each area.
In the future, local residents will also be expected to participate in the “Monitoring Training for Dementia Watch of the Elderly.” Based on previous studies and the interview results, this “Dementia Watch Support Book Draft” was created as an intermediary step to facilitate the creation of a standardized manual for “Monitoring Training for Dementia Watch of the Elderly” for participating local businesses and residents.},
