At the same time, it is important to teach communication.\nConclusion: In order to develop the basic ability of clinical judgment, the learning of simulation education concentrated on observation skills for assessing the urgency and severity of patients, support for getting out of bed according to the recovery process, and relief of anxiety and pain through
