 note = {基礎看護学で教授する看護技術は,学習者が確実に習得することをねらいとしているものが多い。そのため,多様な教授法の工夫や学習者の反復学習,また,実施内容を点検,評価する方策が必要である。そこで,看護技術を点検,評価する用具として使用できるチェックリストの作成を目的として,用具の開発の方法論的研究を行った。本研究は,その方法論的研究の一部であり,看護技術の中の「無菌操作」に焦点をあて,そのチェックリストの作成を行った。研究者らの経験と文献から,【鑷子の取り扱い】と【滅菌パックから滅菌物を取り出す方法】の2つの無菌操作のカテゴリーを抽出し,チェックリストを具体的な内容で作成した。これらのチェックリストの内容が,技術の行為として見えるか否かの視点で検討したところ,【鑷子の取り扱い方】は妥当,【滅菌パックから滅菌物を取り出す方法】は検討が必要なことが明らかになった。, Many of the nursing skills, taught as units of fundamental nursing, have to be learned without any mistakes or misunderstanding. Instructors are required to use various teaching techniques, repeated learning and some tools to evaluate learned skills. To explore the tools to check and evaluate the nursing skills, we have made methodological studies. This report is one of them, and its focus was to explore a checklist for aseptic manipulation. Setting two categories--- "pincette handling" and "taking things from sterile packs", we listed up practical items to be checked for each skill. Each item was examined on the viewpoint of whether it can be regarded as an independent skilled action.
