{"created":"2023-05-15T13:10:32.873296+00:00","id":467,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"4ea833e1-3766-47ba-9e7b-88a0f461512d"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"467","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"467"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:rcakita.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000467","sets":[]},"author_link":["1257","1155"],"item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2020-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"39","bibliographicPageStart":"31","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"24","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"日本赤十字秋田看護大学・日本赤十字秋田短期大学紀要"},{"bibliographic_title":"Journal of Japanese Red Cross Akita College of Nursing and Japanese Red Cross Junior College of Akita ","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application / pdf ","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_24":{"attribute_name":"記事種別","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究報告 ","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要旨：\n目的：秋田県の地方都市では、がんを治療できる病院の選択肢がほとんどなく、がん罹患中の親を勤務する病院で亡くしている看護師も少なくない。そこで、がんの実父母を勤務する病院で亡くした看護師が思いも含めてどのような体験をしているか、そしてその体験がどのようなプロセスをたどっているかを明らかにし、看護の示唆を得ることを目的とした。\n研究方法：質的記述的研究デザインで、研究対象者は実父母を勤務する病院で亡くした女性看護師６人である。半構造的インタビューでデータ収集を行い、戈木のグラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチ法を参考に分析を行った。\n結果：がんの実父母を勤務する病院で亡くす体験をした看護師は、【医療者への気兼ね】をしていた。看護師の【医療者への気兼ね】の度合が高ければ、親のケアをお願いできない、親のベッドサイドに長居できない、同僚に弱音を吐けないという思いが増し、さらに親の症状が緩和されない不満を表出することができず≪娘としての辛い思いを封印≫し、その状況が持続することで≪症状が緩和されない虚しさ≫や≪勤務する病院で親に思うように関われなかった後悔≫の度合が高まっていた。\n考察：【医療者への気兼ね】が生じたのは、女性の研究対象者が≪病院から受ける配慮への負い目≫を感じていたことが一因である。医療者は、気兼ね、症状緩和されない虚しさのある看護師の思いに共感し理解を深め関わる必要がある。\n\nAbstract: This study aimed to obtain suggestions for helping nurses whose parents with cancer die at the hospitals where the nurses work, by identifying the experiences and impressions of such nurses and determining how they processed their experiences.\nMethods: A qualitative and descriptive study design was adopted. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with six female nurses whose parents with cancer had died at their hospitals. Saiki’s grounded theory approach was used for the analysis.\nResults: Nurses who had experienced the loss of their parents with cancer at their hospitals were left “feeling constrained towards healthcare professionals.” This higher degree of “feeling constrained towards healthcare professionals” led to increased impressions that they could not ask healthcare professionals to take care of their parents, could not stay at their parents, bedsides for a long time, and could not express their distress to their colleagues. This resulted in an increased incidence of “as daughters, suppression of painful thoughts,” “feeling helpless when their parents’ symptoms remained unrelieved,” and “feeling regret for not being involved in their parents care at their hospitals.”\nDiscussion: “Feeling constrained towards healthcare professionals” was attributable partly to the fact that the female study participants felt beholden to their hospitals for any consideration given to them.
