To conduct this study, two research methods were adopted. The first was a quantitative analysis using a questionnaire, wherein, this study asked high school students about their perspectives on police, norm-consciousness, and so on. The second was a qualitative analysis using interviews and field work, wherein, this study recorded the opinions of students and teachers with regard to engaging in voluntary crime-prevention activities with police officers. Both methods underscored different points. First, high school students who have a positive opinion about the police are more highly norm-consciousness. Second, high school  students realize the significance and meaning of working with the police in order to expand and enrich volunteer activities.
