 note = {application / pdf, その他, 看護理論から看護のアイデンティティについて学ぶことを目的として、看護理論の評価に関する抄読会を行ったので、その概要について報告する。
臨床の現象を見る視点は医師と看護師では異なり、看護理論は看護の視点の拠ってたつものを示す。関心ある主要な理論およびその評価の概略について読み解くことを通して、臨床の現象に活用できる理論かどうかを吟味するとともに、自分の哲学や信条にあった看護理論を選ぶうえでの示唆を得た。, Abstract：A report of an overview of a journal club meeting held regarding the evaluation of nursing theory with the aim of learning more about nursing identity from said nursing theory.
Perspectives toward clinical phenomenon differed somewhat between doctors and nurses, thus the nursing theory was defined based on the nursing perspective. By reading and understanding the main theories of interest and the summaries of their evaluations, we carefully examined whether or not the theory could be applied to clinical phenomena, and suggestions were obtained for choosing a nursing theory in accordance with a nurse’s own personal philosophy and beliefs.},
