| 内容記述 | 日本赤十字秋田短期大学(以下,本学とする)看護学科2期生を対象に,学習上のニーズ把握を目的に入学時に実態調査を行った。この研究はその中で入学動機に焦点をあて,本学の選択理由及び看護学科の選択理由について調査したものである。結果,以下の事が明らかになった。1)本学を選択した理由は「看護婦(士)になりたかった」ため,「日本赤十字」だから,「県内」だから,「短期大学」及び「環境や設備がよかった」ため,の順に多かった。また本学を選択した理由2項目の組み合わせは,「看護婦(士)になりたかった」と「日本赤十字」,「看護婦(士)になりたかった」と「環境や設備がよかった」が多かった。2)看護学科を選択した理由は「看護婦(士)になりたかった」ため,「看護婦(士)の資格をとりたかった」ため,「将来,役に立つ」から,の順に多かった。3)本学選択理由別にみた学科選択理由は,本学選択理由「看護婦(士)になりたかった」と学科選択理由「看護婦(士)になりたかった」,本学選択理由「日本赤十字」と学科選択理由「看護婦(士)になりたかった」の組み合わせが多かった。4)出身地と本学選択理由「日本赤十字」だからとの間には,「秋田県外」出身者が「日本赤十字」だからを選ぶ割合が有意に高かった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | To grasp the needs of learning, we make a survey toward the new students every year. This report puts a focus on the reasons why newcomers have chosen our college and nursing department. The survey indicated following facts : 1) Students chose our college because it is, in decreasing order, "inevitable step to be a nurse", "founded by Japanese Red Cross Society", "junior college", "in a domestic prefecture" "in good condition and equipments". Major couple of reasons is "founded by Japanese Red Cross Society" plus "to be a nurse" (nurse-oriented), or "in good condition and equipments" plus "to be a nurse". 2) They chose the department of nursing because it is, in decreasing order, "inevitable course to be a nurse", "inevitable step to be qualified as a professional nurse", and "useful in the future". 3) The most numerous couple of motives of their choices between our college and its department is "to become a nurse". "Founded by Japanese Red Cross Society" plus "to be a nurse" are the next ones. 4) Comparing the newcomers' background and the previous choice, we found that where they are from and whether they have any medical care professional around them may have effected their motives. | |||||
