| 内容記述 | 介護福祉学科には、求職のための専用の履歴書がないため、学生は市販の履歴書を使用している。しかし、市販の履歴書にはさまざまな種類、書式のものがある。どれを選択するかは学生の自由なのだが、市販の履歴書では専門職として学んできたことや介護実習で習得してきたことをアピールしにくいとの声が聞かれる。そこで、介護福祉学科の了承を得て、学生が就職したい福祉施設にこれまでの軌跡を伝えて評価を得ることができるような履歴書の書式作成をおこなった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Although care and welfare students use a standard resume form available for their job hunting, those forms on the market often seem insufficient in describing their specialized skills and experiences acquired during their care training. The purpose of this study is to propose a more effective resume format which better suits the needs of care and welfare students who are trying to impress future prospective employers. | |||||
