| 内容記述 | I 状況 : 本学の介護福祉学科は,秋田県における高齢者対策事業の一貫でもある。平成3年度現場職員の介護福祉士国家試験合格者数が77名であったものが,5年後の平成8年度は204名(計画の3.4倍)と予想を越えた合格者数で充足されている。一方,募集方法は地元優先,随時募集方法がとられており,学校卒の介護福祉士には厳しい状況にある。II 目的 : 就職口開拓のため,介護職員採用に関するアンケート調査を実施,就職指導に役立てる。III 結果 : 平成10年度は,老人福祉施設の新設等により,大幅な採用予定数が見込まれている。施設における介護職員の採用は有資格者の介護福祉士の採用に変わってきている。募集方法は,公募性,地元優先の傾向にあるが,地元居住,通勤可能などの幅が見られた。IV 結論 : 平成10年度は,老人福祉施設の新設等により,大幅な採用人員が見込まれ,学校卒の介護福祉士の就職は期待できるが,それ以降は期待できない。 | |||||

The needed personnel will be kept in the social welfare agencies of Akita, because the successful candidates in the national examination for satisfied care worker has been increasing year by year. II. The Japanese Red Cross College of Akita has been established for Akita prefecture, but it'll be difficult for the graduates here to work as the satisfied care worker in Akita, because there will not be enough agencies of Akita for them. III. This year, 1998,many welfare institutions for the aged are to be built, so a lot of our graduates will be able to be employed, but the prospect of the employment situation for our graduates will not be so blight in the future. IV. We must investigate the new counter plan for our students to seek employment according to the new situation of Akita. | |||||
