| 内容記述 | 筆者等の先行研究第2報の結果を基に、健康増進センターの実習方法を変更した効果を明らかにし、より効果的な実習方法を検討することを目的に、健康増進センター実習記録内容から学びを分析した。その結果、以下のことが明らかになった。(1)実習記録用紙の項目を、評価表の視点に添い思考段階を踏み記述できるよう設定したことで、記述内容の焦点が絞られ、さらた視点も広がり明確な記述となった。(2)事前オリエンテーションで既習学習の復習と実習との関連性を動機付けたこと、カンファレンスで経験したことが意味づけできるように教員が意図的に介入したことにより、実習記録内容は、自分が経験したことを基に理論を活かした考察ができていた。(3)今後の課題として、感想レベルに留まっている学生もおり、学生の個別性を把握した上で、看護師の行った健康教育について、場面毎にその場で意味付けられるような関わりの必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | We analyzed data from health promotion center training record contents for the purpose of clarifying the effects that changed the training method at a health promotion center, based on the results of the second precedent study report, and by examining a more effective training method. Therefore, the following became clear. Focuson description contents was discussed and "the role of a nurse" in a health promotion center along with "an ideal method for health education. regarding it, We complied with a viewpoint of an evaluation list and went through a thought stage, to be able to describe an item on training record paper, and a viewpoint with a clear description. Reviewing it and learning with the consideration that I made use of a theory in motivated relevance training, and, prior orientation, already was effective. The training record contents were considered based on personal experienced. When teachers intervened intentionally, what was experienced through conference training gave deeper significance, and was more effective. However, it is needed for studens remaining at an impression level, to learn a relation given deeper significance to the relation of a nurse during training program. | |||||
