| 内容記述 | A短期大学では2年次に成人看護学の授業の中で、カンファレンス演習を行っている。カンファレンスに関する文献を概観したところ、カンファレンスを演習として取り扱った文献は見あたらず、カンファレンス演習での学生の学びについて調査した。演習終了後に記入してもらっているふりかえり用紙を用いてデータ収集を行った。研究への同意が得られた74人分のふりかえりをデータとした。「カンファレンスについて学生が何を学んだのか」をリサーチクエスチョン演習での学生の学びについて調査した。演習終了後に記入してもらっているふりかえり用紙を用いてデータ収集を行った。研究への同意が得られた74人分のふりかえりをデータとした。「カンファレンスについて学生が何を学んだのか」を研究の問いとし内容に基づき分類した。その後カテゴリー化した。結果、【カンファレンスの効果を演習により体得】、【テーマに則した進行のための役割・能力】など10の学びが確認され、カンファレンス演習は(1)カンファレンス技能習得のきっかけとなる。(2)実習カンファレンスのシミュレーションとして効果が期待できる。(3)カンファレンスに参加する姿勢と態度を知ることができる。(4)参加メンバーの意見が新たな気づきと自己の成長のきっかけとなりうる。以上4つの示唆が得られた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to interpret acquainting nursing students through conference practice. Some junior college nursing students had conference practice in their their an adult nursing class. A research question for this study was what nursing students acquired through conference practice. Students wrote a free composition after the practice. It was analyzed using techniques like content analysis, and ultimate categorizing. 10 studies showed that the study of conference practice, which included "learning effects through practice", and "role and ability training for running conference, to be the goal". Practice was suggested as a trigger to master conference acquirements and to simulate a clinical postconference, realization with manner and attitude confidence, to trigger self-development. | |||||
