| 内容記述 | 看護教育の中で卒業研究は大きなウェートを占める。看護準学士の卒業研究において、学生が研究のプロセスや態度を理解するようになる教員の関わりを場面の再構成を用いてデータ化し、カテゴライズしていった。その結果学生が研究のプロセスや態度を理解するようになる教員の関わりを考察した結果、以下のことが重要であると明らかになった。1)学生が主体的かつ探求的学習を行うために、学生の意欲に対する配慮と主体的に行ってほしいという思いを持ったこと。2)学生の特徴やその時の研究の進行度をコンスタントに把握した上で、研究のプロセスから逸脱しないよう関わること。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Teaching Graduation Research and its methods occupy a great deal of nursing education. During the research project, we made data of the teacher-student relationships for the students to better understand the process and the characteristics of the research through categorizing them. The following results were revealed: 1) It is important that the nursing instructors fully support and give suggestions to the students so that they can carry out their research more student-centered-way. 2) It is also desirable to grasp the characteristics of each student and the progress of the research during the entire research period as well as helping them to stay on the right track. | |||||
