| 内容記述 | 小児看護学実習において,付き添いの母親との関わりが困難な学生の事例を元に実習指導のあり方を分析し,以下のことが明らかになった。1.教師は学生の問題や行動目標を明らかにするために,学生の不足情報に関する助言,理論と関連させた現象の分析,カンファレンスの活用,援助モデルの提示など,学生の困難な状況に対応した教育技法を駆使することが必要である。2.学生が自己表現できるような教師との人間関係を形成することが基盤となる。受容や共感という教師の基本的態度に加えて,グループメンバーの間接的なサポートが得られる方法を探るなど,学生の実習意欲を維持することが大切である。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Hospital training instruction was analyzed training for pediatric nursing based on the ezamples of students who have difficulties with attending mothers. The following points were clarified as a result of this analysis. 1. In order to clarify problems and action targets of nurse sutudents, teachers must fully use educational techniques that meet the difficulties faced by nurse students. These techniques include providing advice to supplement information deficiencies of nurse students, analyzing phenomena by connecting theory with practice, making use of conferences, and presenting assistance models. 2. The forming of a human relationship between teachers and nurse students in order to allow nurse students to express themselves is the basis. In addition to the basic attitudes of teacher, such as acceptance and ampathy, it is important to maintain the motivation of nurse students during training by investigating methods that allow nurse students to receive indirect support from group members. | |||||
